Vraj Changani — full name Vrajkishor R. Changani, known online as Unstoppable VK — is a Chartered Accountant based in Mumbai, Maharashtra. He is the Managing Partner at DRSPV & Associates, the Chartered Accountancy firm he co-founded in 2023, and leads its capital markets, startup advisory and IPO consulting practice.

Over the last several years, Vraj has worked with more than 500 businesses — founders at pre-seed stage, family-run SMEs preparing their first external raise, and listed companies navigating complex SEBI compliance — across India, the United Arab Emirates, the United States, the United Kingdom and Australia.
