Unstoppable VK is the online name used by CA Vraj Changani — full name Vrajkishor R. Changani — a Chartered Accountant and Managing Partner at DRSPV & Associates, Mumbai. It started as a handle. It became something closer to a doctrine. This page is the short version of what it stands for.
The firm and the brand do two different jobs. DRSPV & Associates is the machine: a full-service Chartered Accountancy practice with fifteen practice areas, 500+ clients, a multi-partner bench, and the regulatory muscle to handle everything from an SME IPO to a cross-border FEMA restructuring. Unstoppable VK, on the other hand, is the desk — where Vraj works one-on-one with founders, promoters and operators on a single problem at a time, the way a senior advisor actually should.
What the brand stands for
Three things, mostly. Founder-first. Every engagement is shaped around the person on the other side of the table, not the firm's template library. The same engagement for a pre-seed founder and a pre-IPO promoter will look and read completely differently, because they should. Memo-driven. The deliverable that matters most is a one-page memo you can actually act on — not a forty-slide deck built to pad the invoice. Allergic to templates. Standard advice for non-standard situations is the single fastest way to get a founder killed. If Unstoppable VK can't write something unique for your situation in one page, there's no point writing it at all.
Where "VK" comes from
The "VK" is the initials — V for Vraj (short form of Vrajkishor), K for Kishor. It's also how people close to Vraj have addressed him since school. The "Unstoppable" part started as a half-joke that stuck — a stand against a working culture that kept asking him to slow down when he could plainly see the finish line. He didn't slow down. The name stayed.
